How to get B2B clients without cold emailing
What is the short answer?
Aim for a reply, not for a bigger blast. Warm the company up first, so your e-mail is not the first time they see your name.
The flow has four parts: describe your ideal customer in one message to the Telegram bot, get matching companies with the channels each one publishes, contact them in a set order, and honour every opt-out.
What do I get for each company?
You describe your buyers in one message. Prosp finds companies that match and checks each one, reading the company's own website and, where the country's register is open, the official register. The list arrives in Telegram, usually in minutes.
Each company carries what it publishes: phones, e-mail addresses, its Instagram, LinkedIn and other social profiles, and a WhatsApp link. Each named contact carries name, position, e-mail and phone when the company publishes them. You get the company's LinkedIn page and named contacts, not a personal LinkedIn profile for every person.
Not every company publishes every channel. Of the companies where this is known, 53% in Spain have an Instagram profile but 17% have a LinkedIn page. In Norway it is the other way round: 39% have a LinkedIn page and 15% an Instagram profile. So you pick the first channel company by company.
Which channel do I use first, and when does WhatsApp come in?
Use this order:
- First touch: Instagram or LinkedIn, whichever the company publishes. Follow, react, or send a short, relevant note.
- Then: e-mail, once your name has already appeared.
- Only after a reply: WhatsApp.
Never send WhatsApp as a first message. Unsolicited WhatsApp messages get reported, and business numbers get banned. A WhatsApp chat is for someone who has already answered you and is happy to continue there.
What do I do when someone says no?
Honour every opt-out, permanently. Add the company or person to a do-not-contact list and make sure no later step of your sequence reaches them on any channel.
How do I run the sequence without doing it by hand?
Prosp finds and checks companies. It does not send e-mails or messages to them. You, or a tool you choose, do the sending.
Download the results as a CSV file and work through it yourself. Or let a workflow tool such as n8n or Make fetch the results automatically and run your outreach sequence: first touch, then e-mail, with a stop for anyone who replies or opts out.
What is the one thing to do next?
Start the Telegram bot with the button below, then send it one message that describes your ideal customer: what they sell, where they are, and what kind of company they are. Your first list of companies, with the channels each one publishes, comes back in Telegram.
Questions
What if a company has no WhatsApp link?
Then you do not have one. A WhatsApp link is included only when the company published it on its website. Prosp never makes one up from a phone number.
Are the e-mail addresses always found on the company's site?
A contact shows what Prosp found for that person. An e-mail that Prosp inferred rather than found is marked as inferred, so you can treat it with more care.
