How do new B2B leads get into Odoo CRM automatically?
You describe your buyers in one message to the Prosp Telegram bot. The list of matching companies arrives in Telegram, usually in minutes. Each company comes with contacts found on its own website and elsewhere on the public web.
Companies that pass Prosp's checks are then written into your own Odoo CRM as leads. Prosp is set as the source, so you can tell these leads from the ones you add yourself. You do not copy or import anything by hand.

What does a lead in my Odoo contain?
The table shows a real lead as it arrives in Odoo. It carries the company, its website, city, country, industry, company size, business model and legal form. Where Prosp found them, the lead also carries a contact name, e-mail, phone, job title and address.
Before creating a lead, Prosp looks for an existing lead for the same company by its web address. That is how it avoids making a second lead for a company you already have.
What if a company has no usable contact yet?
Prosp does not write it straight away. It holds the company for a while first. If a contact is found in the meantime, that contact reaches the lead.
If no contact arrives, the lead is still written to Odoo. It is tagged for follow-up, so you can see which leads still need a contact.
Is it safe to connect my own Odoo?
You connect your own Odoo with its URL, your user id, your access key and the other connection details Odoo asks for. The connection is tested live before it is saved, so you know straight away whether it works. Your key is stored encrypted and is never shown back to you.
You can end it at any time. Send /crm disconnect in Telegram, or disconnect from an AI assistant. Prosp stops writing to your Odoo from its next sync round.
