How long does a Prosp search take and what does it cost?

A search takes 5 to 25 minutes and costs 100 credits. Companies Prosp already knows can be returned in seconds, so a run that is partly served from its knowledge base finishes sooner. New accounts start with an introductory pack: 100 Stars (about €2) buy 20,000 credits, which is 200 searches.

Needs a Telegram account · introductory offer: about €2 for 200 searches (100 Stars).

After the introductory pack

The 20,000-credit grant is temporary. At the normal rate 100 Stars buy 1,000 credits, which is 10 searches. The Pro (900 Stars, 10,000 credits) and Enterprise (8,000 Stars, 100,000 credits) packs are for volume at the normal rate. Stars are bought inside Telegram, which sets their price by country and app store, so the euro figure is approximate. Full details are on the pricing page.

What is free

Reading results, discovery statuses, your balance and your credit ledger cost nothing. Cancelling a running job refunds its credits only when nothing had been delivered at that moment.
