How do I find verified B2B companies from an AI agent?

Connect the agent to Prosp's remote MCP server at https://api.prosp.cc/mcp-rpc, or call the REST API, and describe the companies you want in a sentence. Prosp searches the web, visits each candidate's website, checks it against your description and returns the companies that pass, with contacts where Prosp finds them and, where an official register covers the country, a registry ID. A run takes 5 to 25 minutes and costs 100 credits; companies Prosp already knows can come back in seconds.

What "verified" means here

Every returned company has had its domain resolved and its website crawled and has been scored against your criteria. Where Prosp can query an official company register for the country, the company also carries registry_id and registry_source. That is not true of every row: register coverage differs by country and some companies have no match, so a row can be checked against the website and carry no registry ID. Each use-case article shows a real run with the exact rows, including the ones without a match.

From an agent (MCP)

  1. Open the Telegram bot @prosp_mcp_credits_bot, send /start and buy credits with /buy.
  2. Add https://api.prosp.cc/mcp-rpc to your assistant as a remote MCP server and sign in with Telegram. The copy-paste configuration for Claude Desktop and Cursor is in the MCP guide.
  3. Ask in plain words, for example: "Find independent menswear retailers in Germany and Austria with 10 to 200 staff." The agent calls find_prospects, polls get_discovery_status and reads get_discovery_results when the job is finished.

From code (REST)

POST /api/v1/discoveries with a body such as {"query": "...", "locations": ["Germany"], "company_sizes": ["small", "medium"], "maxResults": 10}, then poll GET /api/v1/discoveries/{jobId}. The token exchange and a complete curl example are in the API quick-start.
