TL;DR

  • Delivered 8 of 8 in 10 min 55 s, from a live web search that screened 116 candidates.
  • Registry-verified: 0 of 8. Prosp has no register integration for the UAE or Saudi Arabia, so no row carries a registry id.
  • Went wrong: one delivered storefront (houseoffashion.ae) is not operating, and one company name is a web-page title.
  • 7 of the 8 are in the UAE and 1 is in Saudi Arabia.

The scenario

A UK clothing producer wants its first partners in the Gulf: distributors, wholesalers and multi-brand retailers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia that could carry its brand. The buyer is a profile we set up to test this market, not a customer. The run is real, and every company on this page came back from it.

Buyer
A clothing brand based in the UK looking for distribution and retail partners in the Gulf. An illustrative profile, not a named customer.
Target
Fashion and apparel distributors, wholesalers and multi-brand retailers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, small to large.

How this run was actually started: through Prosp's internal job endpoint, with exactly these criteria and a target of 8 companies, under an internal exploration account whose results never reach a CRM. That path does not charge credits. The transcript shows the same criteria entered in the Telegram bot's /find wizard; bot messages are shortened to the first line of each step, and step 5 (regions) does not appear because these two countries have no regions to pick. One difference you should know about: the bot always asks for 10 companies and has no setting for the count, so the same request from Telegram targets 10, not 8.

What came back

The 8 delivered companies, company-level fields as stored for the run. A dash means the field was empty.

Not counted above: 36 more candidates were still being processed when the target was reached. They were discarded without being evaluated (terminal_job_discarded), so they say nothing about quality either way.

What went wrong

How to read this run

The request allowed small, medium and large companies and named two countries. Seven of the eight companies are in the UAE (five in Dubai, one in Ajman, one with no city) and one, Al-Othman Fashion, is in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Three rows are classified as distributors (FLENDER GROUP, OnMode Fashion, Kutb & Sajjad Fashion) and five as retailers. For a UK brand looking for someone to carry its line, the distributors and the two groups that run brand portfolios are the closest fit: by their delivered descriptions, FLENDER GROUP supplies streetwear and contemporary brands to retailers across the Middle East, and Fig Retail and Etoile Group run distribution and retail for international brands.

The rejection histogram shows how the search narrowed. country_not_in_target (12) is companies outside the two countries; enterprise_too_large (8) is companies with more than 500 employees, which the request did not allow even though it allowed large ones; content_thin (8) is websites with too little content to judge.

How to reproduce this run

A repeat will not return exactly these eight. The web changes, and each run adds to Prosp's knowledge base, so a later run may be served partly from companies found by earlier ones.

Run your own

Describe the companies you want to reach and get the same output: the companies, the rejection histogram and the registry ids to check them against.
